Helen called me to inform me about upgrades and free trail offers. However I didn't feel the need for these. I did need assistance with my phone signal. The O2 signal is very poor in my office. I asked if she could suggested switching to another provider. EE was available and talked me through the process of changing my Sim. She was very informative and helpful and a pleasure to talk with.

After 20+ years with Vodafone with prices creeping up and up, I decided to let Plan.com find me a better deal. Which they did by a significant amount.

Initially they Switched me to O2 but the service wasn't good in my area. After a month I reached back out and they were extremely quick in responding and Switched me to EE which has been 100% better.
