Dan
Craddock.
A highly successful entrepreneur across multiple industries including financial services, telecoms, technology and digital marketing, Dan is the sole equity investor in plan.com and has been since inception.
As CEO, Dan leads all day to day commercial aspects of the business from strategy and operations to sales and marketing. In 2020 & 2021, he was recognised as “Leader of the Year” by the Sunday Times at its annual Best Companies Awards.
Keith
Curran.
Keith Curran is a co-founder of plan.com and is considered one of the most influential figures in the UK mobile industry. He has championed the phone industry since its inception having spent the last 35 years in various roles throughout the industry including Network Operation with the rollout of Cellnet, Manufacturing with Panasonic and as a founder of Yes Telecom, one of Europe’s most successful Service Providers.
Adrian
Robinson.
Adrian is our Chief Experience Officer. He’s responsible for delivering new features and products on our my.plan platform, as well as overseeing our marketing strategy, customer journey and partner journey. His background is in design and marketing, having worked in website and software development for over 25 years.
Gregg
Knowles.
As a Microsoft alumni with over 20 years’ experience, Gregg has worked with some of the world’s leading companies in the technology and telecommunications sectors including Univar, Proctor and Gamble and Unilever.
As Chief Technology Officer, Gregg is responsible for all IT infrastructure and system operations at plan.com. He is also responsible for our ISP network which has grown to support over 160,000 daily users.
Neil
Kelly.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Neil has been with plan.com since inception. His team of finance experts are responsible for the strategic financial oversight of the business, along with financial planning and reporting.
His team is vital to our operations, being responsible for teams such as credit control and compliance, as well as general accounting and budgeting.

A founding member of the team, Nicola is our Chief People Officer and the heart of our internal operations. She oversees the People Experience team, which is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent at plan.com. Having led several successful sales and service teams across the telecoms, finance and tourism sectors, she brings a unique blend of passion and drive that has created and instilled an award-winning culture at plan.com, focused on its mission and values.
Tom
Wollin.
A founding member of the team, with a background in accountancy and finance, Tom brings over 20 years of experience to his role. As a Director of the business, Tom leads our Customer Service team to ensure SLAs are met and KPIs are achieved, driving the business forward in our continually evolving industry. He has a diverse set of skills and experience, including data and risk analysis, business modelling and tax and corporate structuring.
Riaan
Smit.
As our Director of Business Intelligence, Riaan brings a blend of statistical expertise and business acumen to the forefront of our operations. He boasts a seasoned career in Business Analytics, including roles in credit risk assessment, decision science, and the leadership of high-performing analyst teams. Riaan oversees the strategic deployment of data-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency and inform key business decisions, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
