Job Purpose

We’re looking for a confident Marketing Manager to take ownership of key marketing activity across partner, customer and internal comms for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in shaping how plan.com shows up in the market every day.

This is a hands-on role focused on turning ideas into impact. From campaigns and content to product launches and partner activity, you will sit at the centre of delivery - creating marketing that is seen, used and drives results.

Working closely with sales, product, design, people experience and senior leadership, you will translate business priorities into clear, creative and commercially focused marketing across multiple channels. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple projects, often to tight deadlines, bringing energy, ownership and attention to detail to everything you do.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Marketing

  • Deliver and implement marketing campaigns to engage partner audiences and differentiate plan.com
  • Lead partner marketing campaigns and enablement activity
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, partner tools and presentations
  • Create partner training materials and enablement content
  • Support the development of case studies and customer testimonials
  • Coordinate partner webinar communications and setup

Campaign & Content Delivery

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, print, press and digital
  • Develop and manage end-to-end launch plans for products, services, and platform updates
  • Manage customer lifecycle communications, including onboarding, service updates and change communications
  • Coordinate marketing briefs with internal teams, external agencies and freelance support
  • Support the preparation and management of marketing budgets

Internal Marketing & Brand

  • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all channels
  • Coordinate internal launch planning and go-to-market activity
  • Support sales teams with messaging, pitch content and battlecards
  • Coordinate advertising and PR activity
  • Support maintenance of sales CRM onboarding and data coordination

  • Proactive, hands-on marketer with strong ownership of delivery
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a strong focus on execution
  • Comfortable making decisions and working autonomously
  • Naturally curious with an interest in broader business and commercial drivers
  • Collaborative team player

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

Essential

  • Strong campaign planning and execution experience
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product and marketing teams
  • Ability to translate technical or product information into clear messaging
  • Experience managing content across multiple marketing channels
  • Experience working with external agencies (e.g. design, PR)

Desirable

  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Telecoms, SaaS or technology industry experience

Education and Qualifications

Essential

  • Degree in marketing, business or equivalent qualification
  • 5 years’ experience in a marketing or similar role
  • Experience in a senior or lead marketing position
