  • Free trial period

    The Platinum Package upgrade applies for the first three consecutive Billing Months from activation of the Platinum Package. During this period the monthly charge for the Platinum Package is £0

  • Continuation after trial

    Unless the Customer cancels the Platinum Package before the end of the period, the Platinum Package will continue thereafter at a monthly charge of £4.00 as a non-contractual optional bolt-on and not as a Core Charge under the Customer Agreement.

  • Status outside core charges

    From the first chargeable month, the Platinum Package charge shall not form part of the Core Charges and is not subject to the CPI mechanism set out in the Contract Summary. Plan may vary the monthly charge for the Platinum Package from time to time by giving not less than 30 days’ notice.

  • Cancellation during trial

    The Customer may cancel the Platinum Package at any time during the period with immediate effect and no charge for subsequent months will apply.

  • Cancellation after trial

    After the period, the Customer may cancel the Platinum Package at any time. Plan will confirm receipt of the cancellation, which will take effect at the end of the then-current month. The Customer will continue to receive the benefits of the Platinum Package until that time, after which no further monthly charges for the Platinum Package will accrue. For clarity, cancellation of the Platinum Package does not terminate the Customer Agreement.

  • Pro-rated charges

    If activation or cancellation occurs part-way through a Billing Month, the Platinum Package charge for that month (if applicable) will be pro-rated by reference to the number of days the Platinum Package is active in that Billing Month.

  • Conversion notice

    Plan will provide the Customer with not less than 14 days’ notice before the end of the period confirming the conversion date and the applicable monthly charge.

  • Eligibility and precedence

    Eligibility, availability and included features of the Platinum Package are as described on Plan’s website from time to time. In the event of inconsistency, these Platinum Package Terms take precedence over website materials but do not amend or override the Customer Agreement or Contract Summary.
