BT Wholesale (EE)
plan.com launched its MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) with BT Wholesale (the backbone of EE) in May 2022 & we are the only B2B MVNO with them, the first to be deployed in its new technical core and unlike other MVNOs such as Tesco Mobile, Sky Mobile, Gif Gaff to name a few, our technical platform and deep technical integration sets us apart enabling us to deliver insight and controls through my.plan at a level that is unmatched by any competitor or network.
O2
plan.com launched as a wholesale partner on O2’s mobile network in 2014 and was awarded O2’s ‘Wholesale Partner of the Year’ in 2017, 2018 and 2019 (after which the award was discontinued). plan.com is now one of O2’s largest wholesale partners and our relationship is going from strength to strength.

Ofcom have a set of rules that all telecommunications providers must adhere to, with the aim to protect customers by ensuring we, as a communications provider, observe certain obligations when selling and marketing mobile call and text services meaning that everything plan.com does it approved and monitored by this organisation for the protection of your business.

Communications Ombudsman subscription.
Approved by Ofcom - the UK communications regulator - to independently handle disputes between consumers and communications providers, plan.com has opted to join the Communications Ombudsman subscription to ensure our customers get the fairest and easiest approach to a raised complaint. As an approved service, they work to make services for companies better so that complaints become fewer.
