Please follow the instructions below to complete a SIM swap via my.plan.

Activating
your SIM.

If you have been sent a new SIM card, you’ll need to activate it, which is easy!

Visit my.plan and follow these steps…

CONTROLS > MOBILE > DEVICE SET UP > SIM SWAP > [Select User] > INSERT NEW SIM NUMBER > APPLY NOW

Please contact your plan.com partner or our customers services team on 03300 88 18 18 for further support.

Please be aware that a SIM swap must only be performed for one of the following reasons:

  1. If your handset has been lost or stolen or;
  2. You have changed or upgraded your handset and now require a different sized SIM

If you are changing your SIM for another reason, we will need to do a technical check before performing the swap to avoid any unforeseen complications.
